Well, believe it or not you can embroider a hat without a hat hoop. However, not all hats can be embroidered with a regular flat hoop, but most unstructured hats can be. Embroidering hats can be difficult, but as long as you follow these easy steps, then you can start embroidering hats like a pro in no time!

What you'll need:

  • Unstructured cap
  • Cutaway or tearaway stabilizer
  • Adhesive spray
  • Flat hoop
